I’m going to attempt to capture in a few words the benefits of having your Chakra System Expanding and Flowing.
Let’s begin with what does Chakra mean? Chakras are the Energy Centers within your body. Everything is made of energy and the Energy within us has both a Vibration and a Color to it. We have balls of energy within us. And those with vision have been able to see this energy. There are swirls of balls through the spine of our back. Starting at the bottom there is a ball of red swirling around move a little higher and the ball or the orb is the color of orange. Move a little higher right behind the belly button the swirling ball is yellow. Travel higher up the body behind the breast bone you guessed it in the heart region you will find the Heart Chakra. This chakra center is Green. In the middle of your throat is another swirl of energy and this energy is turquoise blue. Travel up the face between your forehead in the middle of your eyes is a swirl of purple energy.
On top of your head either touching your head or a little higher is a clear swirl of energy.
This pipeline that flows up and down your body is known as the Chakra System.
When this Chakra System is in flow, life flows through you effortlessly. When challenges arise as they always do, If your Chakra System is aligned these challenges easily dissipate. When your Chakra System is not in line these same situations can take on a life of their own, taking to you to places well that don’t necessarily feel good. When your chakra system is tight, and not flowing this alignment is more like a “Z” vs an “I” shape. When in flow we can address life challenges with Grace. Not getting “triggered” or “take things personally”. When your Chakra System is aligned, Life expressions are slower and we can make choices with greater intuition a sense of knowing what will land with a sense of trust, and knowing that all is working for my highest good.
After all, isn’t it what we are here for? Life expression lived as gracefully and joyfully as possible.
Life can come to you with Ease, Joy, and glory if only we got out of our own way out of our heads and allowed it to unfold naturally for our highest good.
When we live in our heads and want to express our lives as we “should” that’s when our Energy Centers contract and become tight balls. At times for so long that they express themselves as pain thought out the body. Stay in that state of consciousness long enough and it is likely to express itself through an illness or actual pain body experience.
Meditation is on the rise partly due to this pain body expression. People are wanting to learn a natural way to heal the body. To trust one’s inner self for pain-free expression and the way to get there is by meditation. Mediation: “To Know Thyself”. Too many times we don’t spend anytime quiet with ourselves. We busy our minds with loud music, loud news, loud everything, and loud self-talk about how things should be, this list can go on forever. Try moments even small moments to practice mediation or still moments throughout the day. At times it is easier if we practice small moments instead of trying to grab it all in an hour. Much like practicing walking then fast walking before we try jogging.
Take a few minutes throughout the day to center yourself and breathe into an energy Center and Awaken One Center at a time. Choose one, breathe into it and imagine this swirling Orb swirling and getting larger with each breath.
If in doubt about where to begin sometime best to start at the bottom and work your way up.
Brief Exercise for Root Chakra Expansion; Imagine a red orb swirling around at the base of your spine. Close your eyes and breathe in and out imaging the swirling ball of the swirling energy. Start with this ball small and tight and you breathe in and out and imagine it getting larger and larger. Begin with the image the size of a golf ball as you breathe in and out, After 5 breaths as you finish the vision, imagine with the swirling energy image as large as a basketball
To slow down the chatter and thoughts being carried off it’s nice to wipe your hands with an essential oil wipe and breathe into your hands focus on the aroma as you slowly breathe in and out.
Close your eyes and breathe in and out into your hands smelling the oil assigned to this chakra. To heighten the vibe and increase the positive energy as you get into this space, try placing healing crystals around you to aid you in heightening the positive energy as well.
This doesn’t have to be long, this can be 30 seconds a few times though out the day. I compare it to snacking on an apple thought out the day. If you take quick healthy snack breaks throughout the day think how healthier your body would be at the end of 30 days. Same thing with your spirit. Take a few moments to breathe into your energy centers thought-out the day try it for 18 days and see how much smoother your transactions are with others and situations at the end of this timeframe.

You don’t ever have to say any out loud, and in the beginning, you don’t have to say anything at all. Just breathe and expand your energy.
